Project Overview

For this project, I reorganized the courses Binesi offered into categories. From there the videographer and I worked together to produce scripts that communicated the value Binesi offers. I used design templates to give a fresh look to the website. Have a look at the old website and then have a look at the new website to see the improvements that I made.

Project Goal

With a goal of expanding their course offering to more than just CompTIA and Fibre Optic Training, Binesi needed a strategy to help maximize their exposure to this new audience while also driving more revenue.

Project Strategy

I identified several key strategic shifts and executional improvements to help dramatically improve the efficiency of the BInesi Training Centre investment in technology.

This included:

  • Leveraging Google Classroom to create a more connected learning experience.
  • Implementing a mobile-first strategy that reached high-intent mobile customers searching “near me” terms.
  • Implementing an LMS(Learning Management System) using WordPress.
  • Developing a taxonomy for courses and creating categories.
